Here are a couple of shots of Emily wearing a dress that Mary wore quite a few years ago. She seemed to enjoy the attention of the paparazzi in attendance!

My new big girl bed!

Mom and Dad have decided they'd like to reclaim their room, so I have spent the last two nights in my very own big girl bed, complete with side rails and princess sheets! Dad says he was sleeping in this bed when he was 5 - I'm only two, so a bit ahead of the old man there. So far we are all very excited about the new accomodations.

A Day on the Slopes

Mom and Dad took us up to the mountains to play in the snow Saturday. I had a great time in the tube park - tons of fun, though I think the big hill might have scared dad!

Emily is Growing up Fast

Emily has not been resting on her laurels with her newfound ability to crawl to all corners of the house. She is starting right in on the next phase and has been standing up at every opportunity!

Here we are showing off our brand new teeth. Two on the bottom! Two more are poking through on top. Won't be long before moving on from strained peas to corn on the cob!
Katy has been very busy teaching the noble profession of train conducting. Emily is so far content to tear the tracks apart!

Emily Doyle in the soon to be big screen adventure "Chasing Elmo". Before we could get the camera out, she had done a couple of laps around the room. Katy thought this was all quite hilarious.

Happy Birthday Grandma!

Grandma Polster is back out to visit for a couple of weeks and we were very happy to get to share her birthday. Katy has been able to keep up her streak of helping everyone blow out their candles and Emily was certainly entertained by the whole proceedings.

Going Mobile

Emily is officially on the move! It seems as if she went from 0 to 60 in less than a week. During the holidays, she was pretty good at getting up on her hands and knees, but forward motion was a little tough. She decided to go with the combat crawl on her belly for a week or so, then went right to full speed. Already loves the tunnel and if she can see it - she wants to get her hands on it. Katy is guarding her toys very carefully now!
